Appearance and Structure

Design Styling: The overall shape of the piano-type console resembles a piano, featuring smooth lines and an elegant appearance. Material Selection: The primary materials are cold-rolled steel plate or 304 stainless steel. Cold-rolled steel plate offers good strength and processability at a relatively lower cost. 304 stainless steel provides higher corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance, suitable for locations with demanding environmental requirements. For some high-end piano-type consoles, wooden materials are used for the side panels, tabletop, front handrest, and other parts to enhance texture and aesthetic appeal.

Structural Composition: It generally consists of parts such as the cabinet body, doors, console tabletop, and mounting plates. The cabinet body is the main frame of the console, providing support and protection. Doors are typically located at the front and rear of the cabinet body and can be designed as single doors or double doors for convenient installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment. This facilitates the laying and management of network cables, power lines, video cables, etc., keeping the wiring neat and orderly, which simplifies future maintenance and inspection.

Flexible Customization: It can be customized according to different customer requirements, including cabinet dimensions, structural design, color selection, and functional configuration. For example, it can be designed and processed into curved or corner structures to adapt to different installation environments and spatial layouts. Specific functional modules can also be added based on customer requests, such as monitor mounts, keyboard drawers, and file cabinets.

Safety and Ergonomic Design: The dimensions of each part are calculated based on ergonomics, with corners and edges designed with smooth curved transitions, ensuring safe and comfortable operation. The front door is approximately 25mm above the ground to ensure smooth and convenient opening. Concealed hinges are used, which do not protrude inside the door frame or the cabinet, offering both an aesthetic appearance and ease of installation and removal. Additionally, it can be equipped with heat dissipation ventilation devices, door locks, limiters, etc., to ensure the safe operation of equipment and the safety of operating personnel.


Functional Configuration

Equipment Installation: The internal mounting plates can be used to secure various electrical devices, such as PLC controllers, relays, switching power supplies, monitors, keyboards, and mice. They provide a stable installation platform for these devices, ensuring they do not shake or shift during operation.
