1.The elevation or verticality of the distribution box (panel) exceeds the allowable deviation: This is caused by inaccurate measurement and positioning or uneven ground. It should be corrected promptly.
2. The iron frame of the distribution box is not straight: This may be caused by not straightening and aligning the frame before installation, or by the deviation of the fixing points during installation. In such cases, the frame should be re-aligned using a hanging line before being fixed.
3. The electrical appliances and instruments on the panel of the distribution box are not securely placed, not level, or have uneven spacing. The clamping heads are not firm, and the wire cores are damaged. The clamping heads for multi-strand wires are not equipped with wire terminals. There is no card holder below the switchgear, and screws that are loose should be tightened. The spacing should be adjusted evenly according to the requirements and made flat. The damaged wire cores should be cut off and reconnected. Multi-strand wires should be equipped with wire terminals, and the card holder should be reinstalled.
4. The cross-sectional area of the grounding conductor is insufficient or that of the protective ground wire is insufficient. The protective ground wire is connected in series. For those that do not meet the requirements, corrections should be made in accordance with relevant regulations. The PE line terminals in the distribution box and panel are suitable for general public construction projects, but should not be used in residential buildings.
5. The wiring after the panel is not arranged neatly: It should be bundled by branch circuits and fixed inside the panel.
6. The distribution box (panel) is lacking some components, such as hinges, locks, screws, etc.: All the necessary components required for installation should be provided.
7. For opening long holes in iron boxes using electric or gas welding: Each hole should be made with a separate welding pipe. Do not use electric or gas welding to make holes. The pipes should be flush with the box surface.
8. The gaps around the box body of the distribution box are too large. Use cement mortar to fill in the gaps: make it secure.
9. The exterior of the wooden box is not treated for preservation, and the inner wall is rough: Such conditions should be rectified in accordance with regulations.
10. Rust has formed on the welding points on the inner wall of the iron box of the distribution box: Anti-rust paint should be reapplied.
